Katherine Henry - Legal Work & Helpful Links



For years, Katherine handled family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, real estate, landlord/tenant, contracts, business affairs, civil litigation, driver's license restoration, and collections and garnishments.  However, as her passion grew for defending the Constitution, protecting the rights of children, and utilizing tools of dispute resolution in various situations, she focused her work into a more specialized, tailored practice.  Much of Katherine's work as an attorney and policy advocate is now focused on ensuring:



Prosecuting attorneys and law enforcement are important parts of our Constitutional Republic.  However, it is also essential that individuals understand their rights and know how to effectively advocate for them, or have an attorney advocate on their behalf.  Every defendant has a Constitutional right to understand their rights, the charges against them, and to effectively participate in their own defense.  With this in mind, these important links are provided for your reference:



Even more important is for individuals to understand their rights in the medical context, and to have access to unbiased scientific information relating to common medical treatments.  There is a wealth of information on this seemingly concentrated topic, so it's important to have some place to start.
